How to activate your account?
- 1. Check your email. You will receive an account creation/activation email from the CPNC team of TotalEnergies.
- 2. Ensure the sender reads noreply.srmsolution.ist-app@Mail01.totalenergies.com
- 3. Click on the link in the email to access the tool.
- 4. Confirm your email address, you may have to contact the support team if the email is not correct
- 5. Enter your password
- 6. Confirm the password
- 7. Click on activate account
Forgotten password.
- 1. Click on forgotten password
- 2. Enter your registered email address
- 3. Check your email and click on the password reset link
- 4. Enter the new password
- 5. Click on Save.
